In March 2009, Elio founded Elio's Dance Club, a small place that was visited by Ltino dance lovers in order to learn how to dance and have fun mostly through private classes.
By June 2009 Elio's dance club became too small for the large turnout, it was therefore expanded to become Elio's Dance Academy to accomodate the largest number of Latinos' fans.
Elio's Dance Academy focuses on techniques, knowledge and proffesionalism earning Elio a big follow through which has led to form a strong alliance between himself and his students.
