Day: 1 Beirut Tour, with Cheese and Wine in the Mountains Ahlan Wa Sahlan! Welcome to Lebanon, the Switzerland of the Middle East! Arrive on any flight before 12:30pm (ex: Air Arabia) or the day before to Beirut Meeting time in Airport: 1:30pm Your first day in Lebanon begins with a buffet lunch showcasing the country's traditional village cuisine - which you cannot taste in regular Lebanese restaurants! After refueling, we will tour Beirut exploring streets like Gemmayze, Pigeons' Rock, Corniche and Downtown. The next stop is a therapeutic sound bath session to sense the power of sound and music. It will take place in a winery in the mountains, where we will have a dinner while tasting the winery’s bottles! Day: 2 Natural and Archaeological Heritage Day two takes you on a journey through time and nature. We will begin with the fascinating Jeita Grotto, a marvel of limestone caverns. We will then stretch our legs with a refreshing mountain hike, followed by a light lunch and locally made natural refreshments, all enjoyed under the trees amidst the serenity of nature. We will visit the Faqra Phoenician and Roman ruins for our historical experience, and the Kfardebiane Natural Bridge for the other natural “monument” of the day, before savoring a traditional dinner within Nature, featuring homemade dishes prepared in a Lebanese rural setting, complete with live entertainment. Day: 3 Hiking Valleys and Sunbathing at the Beach Witness the marvelous geography of Lebanon, where we will be hiking in the Jabal Moussa Biosphere reserve, culminating at the picturesque Shouwen Lake. We will then enjoy a well-deserved lunch at a charming Lebanese restaurant by a seaport, before unwinding and soaking up the sun on a beautiful resort beach. In the evening, you will experience mouthwatering street food sandwiches, among the best in Beirut, and get ready to groove the night away at a lively dance party. Day: 4 The Iconic Cedar Tree On your final day, bid farewell to your hotel and head towards the majestic Cedars of God small reserve at an average altitude of 1700 meters. We will have the chance to have lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the sacred Qadisha Valley. Your next stop, the Baatara Gorge will leave you in awe... it’s a mesmerizing sinkhole with a cascading waterfall. We will then walk the vibrant souks of Batroun, a delightful seaside town, which will give us the opportunity to taste one last serving of popular street food sandwiches. Your last memory?
