Al-Sultan Brahim
Beirut
Al-Sultan Brahim first began when the three El-Ramy brothers - Chaker, Brahim and Elias opened their first restaurant in Jnah and used to personally inspect the day's catch prior to serving their clients. During the war that began in 1976, Sultan Brahim unfortunately shut down in Jnah, but within two years later in 1978 they opened in Antelias.
Later in 2003, Sultan Brahim opened its second branch in Downtown to a glorious reception. Soon thereafter the restaurant chain began winning regional awards such as 'best food quality', 'best service' and others. Due to its continued success and its constant dedication to quality, Sultan Brahim opened its third branch in the UAE, at the exclusive hotel location of Intercontinental Dubai Festival City. Sultan Brahim is now in the process of opening up stores in Kuwait and Qatar and truly bringing the seafood Lebanese experience to the region.
Al-Sultan Brahim's menu is a fusion of Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine with seafood. It includes a large selection of salads, cold and hot Lebanese mezze, seafood specialties and ofcourse freshly cooked seafood. Nearly 60 dishes on the Sultan Brahim, ensuring that everyone finds what they like to eat in this iconic restaurant.
