AT SIX, ANTOINE STARTED TO CUT OUT AND REMODEL HIS MOM'S SCARVES AND JACKETS, BEFORE HE EXPANDED HIS ARTISTIC FLAIR TO HIS SCHOOL'S AND HOUSE'S WALLS DRAWING ON EVERY SPACE HIS BRUSH COULD TOUCH.
AT THE AGE OF SIXTEEN, AND WHILE PERUSING HIS SECONDARY EDUCATION, ANTOINE DECIDED TO GO INTO FASHION DESIGN SCHOOL AND SECRETLY ENROLLED HIMSELF IN AFTERNOON CLASSES TO AVOID HIS DAD'S STRONG OPPOSITION TO HIS SON'S STUDIES OF ANY ARTISTIC FIELD, BEING AUDIO VISUAL, INTERIOR DESIGN OR FASHION DESIGN. ANTOINE WAS THE YOUNGEST STUDENT TO EVER ENROLL IN THE HIGHLY RECOGNIZED SCHOOL OF DESIGN, SMODE.
ANTOINE COULDN'T RECEIVE HIS DAD'S BLESSING UNTIL FEW MONTHS LATER WHEN HE EXCELLED AS A SOPHOMORE FASHION DESIGNER AT HIS SCHOOL AND RECEIVED THE PRAISE AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF HIS TEACHERS TO PURSUE A CAREER IN THIS FIELD.
IN 2001, ANTOINE PARTICIPATED IN THE MOST RENOWNED TALENTS SHOW AT THE TIME, 'STUDIO AL FAN'. A YEAR AND A HALF LATER, AND DESPITE HIM WINNING THE SILVER MEDAL, ANTOINE RECEIVED THE PRAISE OF THE REPUTABLE JURY MEMBERS WHO HONORED HIM WITH THE TITLE OF 'THE BEST IMMERGING LEBANESE DESIGNER'.
